Trade Process

  1. Inquiry: Please contact us by email, inquiry sheet or call us at +886-2-2225-6199.
  2. Confirmation: Our sales representative will contact you to confirm all the specs before we quote the price.
  3. Place order: Place order by signing the documents.
  4. Deposit: 50% deposit for the goods.
  5. Sample confirmation: Sample to be made for 7-10 business days after all artwork confirmed.
  6. Production
  7. Lead time: 21-45 days after sample/deposit confirmed.
  8. Delivery


  1. Artwork Confirmation
    (1) Please carefully check all the details for the artwork, such as logo size, logo location, logo stamping effects, inner page printing colors and pages.
    (2) Genuine leather / imitation leather / art paper covers: Pundy will provide a sample for clients to confirm all the details to avoid errors.
    (3) Offset flyers printing: Artworks to be provided by EPS/Adobe illustrator / PDF files only.

  2. Lead time
    (1) Artwork confirmation time: 1-3 days.
    (2) Sampling: 7~10 days.
    (3) Lead time: 21-45 days depends on different products.

  3. Minimum order quantities: Please check with our associates to confirm quantity.
    Customization: Please contact our sale representative for orders more than 500 pieces.
